ACF Hospitality is one of the UK’s leading event companies with over 20 years of experience running thousands of fantastic corporate events.

We have an innovative and versatile event management team who can help with all of your requirements whether its an activity day with tank driving, indoor team building games or teambuilding challenges in the great outdoors at a hotel or taking to the skies with a top aerobatic team.

All of our events are bespoke and can be designed to meet a wide variety of objectives at a cost efficient price. To ensure that the quality and control is maintained ACF actually owns and maintains the majority of equipment.

Events take place at our own site just south of Bristol and a variety of other activity sites throughout the UK. ACF Hospitality is fully mobile which enables us to operate from any suitable location throughout the UK.

Activity Days

Driving

We offer a wide range of professional motorised equipment for your team away day. Treat your staff and test their ability at rally driving through a forest racetrack or speeding around our challenging dirt course in dune buggies. Choose our blind 4x4 or mini challenge for a unique team-building exercise. ACF provides a day you won’t forget.

Military

Your staff can enjoy the ultimate in team events with military vehicle driving. Manoeuvre the 60 ton Chieftain around our off road course or take on the self-propelled gun for a fun ride. We are fully mobile and able to operate from selected sites across the UK. From one hour to full day tank driving we are able to offer an exhilarating activity day for your staff or clients.

Shooting

For special corporate events or parties, take yourself away from the office and into the relaxing countryside where you can enjoy and learn the medieval sport of archery, try your hand at clay and laser shooting or practice on our selection of targets with air rifles.

We offer a host of multi-activity days catered to improve communication, teamwork and planning skills within the workplace whilst learning a new and exciting skill. Learn how to survive in the wilderness, spend the day training with fire-fighters or enjoy samba drumming for an imaginative team building event.

It’s a Knockout

‘It’s a Knock’ out is a seventies inspired game ideal for your staff to get to know one-another out of the office and promotes team-building and fun. We own a large range of inflatable games and cater for all group sizes, indoors and outdoors, across the UK. Whether for Christmas parties, corporate events or family fun days you will enjoy teams battling against each other on the minefield inflatable or the slippery slope to try and become the winners of the day!

Inflatables

Our selection of inflatables are designed for company events or fun days that the whole family can enjoy. We provide entertainment for all ages; go head to head in the bungee run, go flying in the Airborne adventure, take part in ‘It’s a Knockout’ or, for the little people in your family, the Scallywags mini-gym.

Fairground Attractions

We create an authentic fairground experience with the many attractions we have to offer on your fun-filled day out. Enjoy our 42ft high big wheel, the always popular dodgems and try your luck on the traditional funfair stalls including hook a duck and coconut shy.

Arena Attractions

Our arena attractions are a great focal point for groups to speculate, discuss and support their team mates on ‘It’s a Knockout’. We have a huge assortment of entertainers and stunt teams that can come to you. Watch dogs walking tightropes, our high-impact daytime firework show and the best –known motorcycle display team. There’s something everyone will enjoy.

Peripheral

As an entertainment company, we provide a wide variety of fun activities. Donkey rides provide amusement for the young ones, crazy golf keeps the whole family entertained and for the ultimate NASA experience try Spaceball.

Play Mania

Primarily geared towards the younger family members, our play mania keeps children happy and entertained. Babies are safe in our soft play area with inflatable walls and soft play items, older children can try their hand at quad biking with expert supervision and face painting is available for children (and adults!) of all ages.

Mix ‘n’ Mingle

Our professional performers are guaranteed to bring bags of fun and giggles to your awayday. Thorough event planning will ensure that the fun and laughter is maintained from the start of your party to the end; your guests may be greeted by Peterkin the jester, pick-pocketed by Lee the generous pick-pocket and mesmerised by our giant mythical creatures.

Theme Evenings

Our themed evenings are a great way for your clients or staff to relax and make Christmas parties or conference entertainment. End your corporate day with style and choose from our extensive range of props, decorations and themes that are sure to entertain. Dazzle your guests with the beautiful Winter White Wonderland theme complete with snow show, or get them fired up with the Arabian Night theme complete with snake charmers and fire performers.

Entertainment

We are able to make your evening complete with our range of contacts from live corporate party bands to famous DJs, and why not have a laugh at trying to control our rodeo broomstick!

Giant Games

Our selection of giant indoor pub games is great entertainment for family fun days and multi-activity days for corporate events. We hire each game with or without an Entertainment Manager and you can choose from our extensive range including table football, air hockey, giant Jenga and giant Connect Four.

Side shows are those little extras that are bound to impress. Excite your guests with our champagne and Belgian chocolate fountains, decorate your evening with specially carved ice sculptures and introduce an instant energy boost into your evening with our oxygen bar.

Military Manoeuvres

Dare the man in your life to tackle some of the world’s toughest military machinery in this four hour tank manoeuvring experience. Handle the controls and manoeuvre your way through challenging obstacles on our off-road course.

Rally Driving

Treat someone special to an adrenalin fuelled experience. Our top instructor will guide you through the basics of rally driving in an open field before progressing onto a forest race track. You will later experience a never-to-be-forgotten thrill of co-driving with a professional rally driver, with braking forces of 310bhp.
